I hereby voluntarily submit my application for attendance and participation in Rocky Mountain Thunder 2022 gathering an herby assume all responsibilities from any and all damages, injuries, or loss I may sustain or incur while attending and participating in the Meet and Greet, training events and traveling to and from these activities. I hereby release and waive all claims against the sponsors, organizers, host instructors, teacher and other participants connected with Rocky Mountain Thunder 2022.
